Mimic Robot Arm, referred to in the video and SimpleArm are the same product. It was renamed SimpleArm recently.

If your servos have a number written on its plug, it means your servos have been tested for strength.  Higher numbers are stronger servos.  For best performance attach your servo with the highest number to the robots shoulder (this servo lifts its upper arm and lifts the largest amount of weight)

Your kit's rotary encoder may not have notches.  In this case your knob coupler has been redesigned to allow it to still mount securely inside.
